Where do we ship to?

Alhamdullilah! We are shipping worldwide. 

How much is shipping?

We charge a standard flat rate for shipping and all prices are in Australian Dollars.

  • Within Australia: $4.95
  • International: $7.95 

How long will shiping take?

We currently use Auspost for all our international and domestic orders. 

We want to ship your orders as soon as possible but we can take up to 2-3 business days to process orders, please keep this in mind. Once your order has been marked completed and you receive another email notifying you that your order has been shipped, the following shipping times will apply:

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 6 business days 

International Shipping

  • USA: 6 to 10 business days
  • UK: 8 to 10 business days
  • New Zealand: 4 to 7 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10 to 12 business days

If orders are help up by customs in your country additional delays might occur, please find out of this applies to you by visiting your country’s customs website.

Customs Fees & Taxes

Can I change or cancel my order?

We can make changes to your order, such as item changes, address changes or we can cancel your order all together. Please make sure to fill out the form below if you wish to make these changes within 24 hours of making a purchase.

What's your return policy?

We pray, Insha Allah, that you’ll love our products but we understand sometimes things aren’t perfect. If you just have a change of mind and the items are new (unwrapped), they can be returned within 7 days of delivery. You will have to cover the cost of posting the item back to us and then we will reimburse you with a full refund. 

If products arrive damaged or we’ve made a mistake on the order, please fill out the form below and we’ll be in touch shortly. In this case we will be sure to reimburse you with a full refund and cover the cost of posting the product back to us.

Can I pay for items in a currency other than AUD?

Yes, you may pay in whichever currency you’d like as our payment vendors will accept foreign currencies without charging you any extra fees.
